No. All calculators and tools on evtik.az are free and work without signing up. The plans on this page are only for the Smeta app: saving your projects, automatic estimates from house dimensions, AI plan reading and PDF reports.
Your plan doesn't renew automatically. Your dashboard shows how many days are left, and we email you 7 days and 1 day before it ends. When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan: nothing is deleted, the project you edited last stays editable, and you can still open the others, download them as PDF or delete them. When you renew, all of them become editable again.
Each plan reading uses 1 credit, also when the file turns out not to be a plan or its dimensions can't be read, because the AI still processes the file. A credit is only returned after a technical error (when the AI service doesn't answer). Monthly credits don't carry over to the next month; bought credits never expire and are kept even if your plan ends.
Yes. You can move from Smeta+ to Smeta Pro at any time: the value of your unused days is turned into Smeta Pro days. Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect when your current plan ends.
