1. Overview
On evtik.az, the Smeta+ and Smeta Pro plans and AI credit packs are sold as one-time, prepaid purchases. Payments are made online by bank card. Nothing renews automatically: your card is never charged without your knowledge.
2. Refund Conditions
You can request a refund of a plan payment within 14 days of paying, provided no AI credits were used in that time. Unused AI credit packs can also be refunded within 14 days; used credits are not refundable. If an AI reading fails because of a technical error and gets no answer, its credit is returned to your account automatically.
3. Requesting a Refund
Write to us through the contact page and include your account email and the order number (shown on the payment result page). Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with; depending on your bank, the money may take a few business days to arrive. After a refund, the related plan or credits are removed from your account.
